Scope of Services
1. Commissioning & Acceptance Testing
To verify cable integrity after installation and before energization:
VLF Withstand Test (Very Low Frequency, 0.1 Hz) – as per IEEE 400.2
VLF Tan Delta Measurement – to evaluate insulation condition
Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) – for length and impedance profiling
Partial Discharge (PD) Detection (if applicable)
Insulation Resistance (IR) & Continuity Tests
